After all of their ups and downs, it seems that the nations most hated couple, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, are officially back together. This news comes just two days after they were spotted at the Avon Walk For Breast Cancer in Carpinteria, CA (click here for pictures). Heidi posted the following message just minutes ago via Twitter:

Praise Jesus? I assure you Jesus had nothing to do with this. And if I was you, I'd leave Jesus' name out of my mouth considering you just nearly had a sex tape of you released for the world to see that involved not only your husband, but another female!

So they have finally come clean to us all. Who knows what their next publicity stunt will be.. Oh, I know, a pregnancy - duh!

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag continue the spectacle that is their relationship and Radar Online has exclusive details from inside their publicity-driven scam.

From the video of Spencer and Heidi Montag in Costa Rica, to Spencer shopping a sex tape of Heidi, to Heidi sobbing hysterically over the sex tape she doesn’t want released, there is plenty of plot to their story line.

The thing is, it’s all a scam.

First Lie: Spencer is blackmailing Heidi so he can release a sex tape of her.

Multiple legal experts have confirmed to Radar Online that all parties involved in a sex tape MUST consent to the release or else it is a slam-dunk lawsuit for the party that didn’t consent. If the tape is released, the party who hasn’t agreed can sue for invasion of privacy and a host of other legal issues. And they are nearly guaranteed of a huge court victory.

That’s the dirty little secret with celebrity sex tapes – the celebrity has to agree to its release and they always profit off the sales. Paris Hilton still gets a cut of her tape’s profits as does Kendra Wilkinson. Kim Kardashian settled for $5 million after dropping her lawsuit.

So without Heidi’s consent Spencer can’t release the tapes.

Second Lie: Heidi and Spencer have been staying apart.

As Radar Online exclusively reported, Heidi, Spencer and Cougar Zank have been living in the same house in Malibu all summer. Also, the separation and then divorce papers that Heidi filed didn’t even have the same wedding date on them.

Third Lie: Heidi is hiding out because she wanted to stay out of the limelight to focus on other things, like her movie career.

Radar Online has learned exclusively that the reason Heidi has been hidden in the past months is because she has been advised that photos sales of her would garner more income if the market wasn’t saturated with images of her.

Radar Online has also learned that there will soon be a barrage of Heidi photos to capitalize on the current attention focused on her and Spencer as their relationship dramas take another turn.

How's this for romantic: barring any dramatic reconciliation, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's divorce will become final on February 14, 2011.

Jodeane Farrell, Montag's lawyer, confirmed to TMZ that Pratt has signed paperwork confirming that he was served with divorce papers on August 13.

According to California law, Montag must wait 6 months after Pratt was served in order for their divorce to be finalized -- thus making next Valentine's Day their official split date.

Pratt, 26, wed Montag, 23, in April 2009 in a ceremony taped for The Hills, the MTV reality show that made them stars.

Montag filed for divorce on July 30, citing irreconcilable differencea. Of his wife's move, Pratt quipped to Us Magazine, "Heidi couldn't handle King Spencer's fame so she got out of the marriage."

A source close to the couple told Us that Montag initiated the split because "she had lost contact with her friends and family."

On the day Pratt was served with his wife's divorce papers, she wrote optimistically on Twitter: "cleaning house and getting rid of my old life, it feels good to live fresh."

It seems like the truth about the Speidi split might never be revealed, but if you think their relationship is a sham you might be right. The smoking gun? Heidi Montag can’t keep her stories straight – she doesn’t even know when she married Spencer Pratt!

In the documents that Heidi filed for her divorce on Friday she listed her marriage date as 5/25/09. Problem is, when she filed for separation from Spencer on June 8, 2010 she hand wrote her marriage date as 4/25/09.

How exactly do you get your wedding date wrong? Perhaps she got confused with the documents. Was she writing down the real date, the date the wedding aired on The Hills or just any old date she felt like putting down?

She doesn’t even list her separation date as the same as when she filed in June. On those documents she listed 6/8/10 as the date she separated from Spencer, but on the documents filed Friday she wrote her date of separation as 5/25/10.

Breaking up is hard to do, but it is even harder when you’re not even sure when you got married.

"Well, some say if you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen. Heidi couldn't handle King Spencer's fame so she got out of the marriage," Pratt, 26, tells Us Magazine.

Montag, 23, cites irreconcilable differences in her petition. She filed for legal separation from Pratt in June.

The Hills stars wed in April 2009.

So will they reconcile?

"This breakup is the latest part of Spencer's master plan," an insider recently told Us Weekly, explaining that the couple is in panic mode now that their MTV reality show has wrapped up. Another source adds that duo is "laughing over" the breakup headlines "and having a blast."
