It's Official: Jerry O'Connell and Rebecca Romijn Finally Wed

In what has to be the longest engagement in Hollywood history (or it at least certainly felt like it!), actress/model Rebecca Romijn finally walked down the aisle and wed actor Jerry O'Connell this weekend in LA. Jerry, brother of The Bachelor Charlie, actually proposed nearly two years ago, in September 2005. Given Rebecca already has one divorce under her belt (to actor John Stamos), caution and time probably wasn't such a bad idea.

The two married in an "intimate ceremony." I love when they say "intimate" ceremony. This "intimate" one had 100 family and friends of the couple. Intimate? Yeah, not so much, unless it's by Hollywood standards.

The duo's two pups, Taco and Better, were also part of the festivities, decked out in black bow ties.

Rebecca can be seen in ABC's comedy Ugly Betty, and Jerry goes back to work this fall, starring in a new comedy from ABC - Carpoolers.

Cover Girl: Rebecca Romijn on Marie Claire

Actress/model Rebecca Romijn is on the cover of the newest issue of Marie Claire magazine, talking about her role on Ugly Betty and life with Jerry O'Connell.

On accepting the controversial role of Alexis:
"I don't know--it felt perfect for me. The only thing that made me nervous was that I have a couple friends who are transgender, and it's a really sensitive subject, obviously, so every choice that I make, I think about them. I would never, ever, ever want to insult or offend. But I want to make everybody aware that I am not the unofficial spokesperson for the transgender community."

On playing a woman, who was a man:
"I've had a lot of people ask, 'How does it feel to be a man?' My response is, I'm not playing a man. I'm playing a woman, and Alexis loves being a woman. And so do I! And she's very girly. And so am I! But she's also really lonely. That's where we're different."

On one of her favorite things to do with fiancé, Jerry O'Connell:
"[A tandem bike] is honestly great couples therapy. There's all sorts of trust issues that are happening when you're the one in the back--you can't steer, you can't brake, and you can't see ahead of you; all you can do is pedal. The first couple of times, he was doing dumb boy stuff—he was going off little jumps, and I was like, 'You know what? If you make this scary, I will not do these rides with you.'"

Cover Girl: Salma Hayek on Marie Claire

Actress Salma Hayek is the face on the May issue of Marie Claire magazine. Salma certainly has her plate full these days, what with an impending wedding and baby arrival. Inside the mag, she dishes on her insecurities, her behind-the-scenes work on Ugly Betty and more.

"Everybody thinks I've got a new job, but I've been trying to get shows on the air for years. I've sold scripts, but this is the first one to make it all the way. The secret is never giving up."

Rebecca Romijn New Face of Bebe

The OC actress Mischa Barton is out of work again. Supermodel-turned actress Rebecca Romijn will be replacing her as the new face of Bebe for Summer 2007. This will also coincides with their first ever Bebe Sports campaign fronted by Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria.

Rebecca Romijn is best known for her former modeling work for Victoria's Secret, as well as her acting in X-Men and Ugly Betty. Her new one year contract with Bebe started in March.

She said, "The company is so great and (Bebe company founder) Manny (Mashouf) is such a fantastic man. I love their new dresses and i think it's going to be a great year; I'm thrilled and proud to be working with them. I have always been impressed with the strong, sexy and confident image that reflects the Bebe brand."

CEO Greg Scott said: "Bebe continues to push the limits on sexy. In that spirit, Rebecca embodies key attributes of the Bebe brand - sensuality, sophistication and effortless beauty."

Cover Girl: America Ferrera on W Magazine

Twenty-three year old Ugly Betty star America Ferrera hits the cover of the newest issue of W magazine.

A few excerpts from the recent interview:

"Happiness is something that you have to decide to have in your life," she says. "No amount of accolades can make you a happy person, and learning that as young as I did was a gift."

She's planning on shooting a movie during her summer hiatus. "When there's a film I want to do, sleep doesn't matter," she says. "Part of me would love to be sitting in the sun in Italy, but I'd be crazy by day four... When it comes to envisioning an actor in a role that they haven't seen them in, people in this business can be a little uncreative," she says. "No one is willing to take a gamble." In light of this, she's been proactive in her career: "It's been more about developing my own material, finding roles that I would like to play and figuring out a way to get those things made."

"The hardest part of this year has been learning to enjoy it," she says. "It's almost like a full-time job reminding myself to live in the moment and not look for more, more, more"—her recent success has only made her more likely to think big: "I see now that people who make movies, this world of creative geniuses that I grew up idolizing, are just normal people who wanted to do something and made it happen. Everything that's happened to me in the last year has only made me feel more like a normal person, more human, but in the most beautiful way."
