It's Official: Jerry O'Connell and Rebecca Romijn Finally Wed

In what has to be the longest engagement in Hollywood history (or it at least certainly felt like it!), actress/model Rebecca Romijn finally walked down the aisle and wed actor Jerry O'Connell this weekend in LA. Jerry, brother of The Bachelor Charlie, actually proposed nearly two years ago, in September 2005. Given Rebecca already has one divorce under her belt (to actor John Stamos), caution and time probably wasn't such a bad idea.

The two married in an "intimate ceremony." I love when they say "intimate" ceremony. This "intimate" one had 100 family and friends of the couple. Intimate? Yeah, not so much, unless it's by Hollywood standards.

The duo's two pups, Taco and Better, were also part of the festivities, decked out in black bow ties.

Rebecca can be seen in ABC's comedy Ugly Betty, and Jerry goes back to work this fall, starring in a new comedy from ABC - Carpoolers.

Cover Girl: Rebecca Romijn on Marie Claire

Actress/model Rebecca Romijn is on the cover of the newest issue of Marie Claire magazine, talking about her role on Ugly Betty and life with Jerry O'Connell.

On accepting the controversial role of Alexis:
"I don't know--it felt perfect for me. The only thing that made me nervous was that I have a couple friends who are transgender, and it's a really sensitive subject, obviously, so every choice that I make, I think about them. I would never, ever, ever want to insult or offend. But I want to make everybody aware that I am not the unofficial spokesperson for the transgender community."

On playing a woman, who was a man:
"I've had a lot of people ask, 'How does it feel to be a man?' My response is, I'm not playing a man. I'm playing a woman, and Alexis loves being a woman. And so do I! And she's very girly. And so am I! But she's also really lonely. That's where we're different."

On one of her favorite things to do with fiancé, Jerry O'Connell:
"[A tandem bike] is honestly great couples therapy. There's all sorts of trust issues that are happening when you're the one in the back--you can't steer, you can't brake, and you can't see ahead of you; all you can do is pedal. The first couple of times, he was doing dumb boy stuff—he was going off little jumps, and I was like, 'You know what? If you make this scary, I will not do these rides with you.'"
