At 51, Maureen McCormick is in the best shape ever. The Brady Bunch alum took part in VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club, on which she lost an amazing 38 pounds in three months. “I had never done a reality show and I met with producers and thought, ‘How humiliating that someone thinks that I’m really overweight,’” she tells OK! exclusively. Maureen also talks about her five-year addiction to cocaine, her obsession with chocolate, and what’s in her fridge now to keep her on track.

Britney Spears is whipping herself into shape for her big comeback this fall. But many are wondering if her hard-core exercise regime, coupled with a not-so-healthy diet, is taking a toll on the 25-year-old mother of two. Susan Levin, a Washington, D.C.–based dietitian, tells OK!, “It’s possible for people, like marathon runners, to look completely lean on the outside but be fat on the inside — in their arteries — and drop dead.” Her bad eating habits include frequent trips to fast-food restaurants for tacos, fries and whipped Frappacinos. Her poor dietary regime is also affecting her two sons. A source reveals to OK! that Britney has often given her children the same high calorie and nutritionally empty food that she craves.

The paternity test results are in, and Larry Birkhead is the confirmed father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby, Dannielynn. I can't say I'm surprised. My money was on him from the beginning.

Yesterday at a press conference outside the Bahamas courthouse, a very happy Birkhead said, "I hate to be the one who told you this, but: I told you so. I'm the father. "Thank you for your support. Thank you for the people who got me this far," he said. "Thank you very much. My baby's gonna be coming home pretty soon."

His lawyer, Emrick Knowles, said, "We'll be back in court on Friday in the afternoon. We've got some other issues to deal with. "[The judge] hasn't made any ruling about custody yet."

Howard K. Stern, who has been saying he was the father and is listed as the father on the baby's birth certificate, gave Larry a hug outside the courthouse. "We're gonna do what we can to make sure that the best interests of Dannielynn are carried out. And I'm going to do whatever I can to make sure that he gets sole custody." Good for him.

Dannielynn was born in the Bahamas on September 7, just three days before Smith's 20-year-old son, Daniel, died while visiting her
