HomeIssa Spring/Summer 2012 collection has Kate Middleton written all over it. The designer Issa bought Rio to London a runway full of colours, fruitful cocktail prints and tassels the catwalk was ready for a carnival. We can imagine The Middletons being seen in alot of these dresses in the near future.
