Dakota Fanning is red-eyed and evil as Twilight's Jane, but in real life, she has a heart of gold. As evidence, see the following behind-the-scenes video (shot by Entertainment Tonight) of Dakota prepping to appear in (and narrate) the Stand Up 2 Cancer PSA that also fetaures young Hollywood stars like Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens. Dakota says she herself has been effected by cancer, losing two of her grandparents to the disease:
