This has been a long time coming, don't you think? Former Laguna Beach and The Hills star Jason Whaler has gone to rehab. It looks like the usual - a way to avoid going to jail. People reports that Lauren Conrad's ex "was due to surrender at Los Angeles County jail last week to serve a 60-day sentence for a September 2006 assault case, but a judge delayed that in lieu of rehab."Whaler has been involved in a string of run ins with the law, so hopefully this will get him back on the straight and narrow.
