VERSACE does it again for FW11-12 WOMEN COLLECTION

This season’s collection is an exploration of sharp
and sinuous cuts on shift and anatomical shapes.

Rich materials, such as suede and python are combined together with leather,
wool crêpe and felted cashmere.

Double breasted coats are A-line pleated, and pencil-cut to the knee
with regimental gold buttons. Shoulders come in two variations, one sharp
and straight, the second dropped and less structured.
Dresses are tight and sexy little shifts.

An entwined baroque flower is printed and intricately cut into coats and
wool crepe dresses. Echoing the sensual movements of a snake,
this motif is transformed into circular shapes in necklines
and the open backs of dresses.
