Tending to driving-related issues to kick off the day, Rachel Bilson was spotted arriving at a DMV in Los Angeles, California on Thursday (August 5).


Smiling for the paparazzi as she removed her top layer to deal the rising summertime temperature, the "Jumper" cutie strolled inside to pose for staffers as she renewed her license and got a brand new ID card.
