Remember little Andy Keaton from Family Ties? Well, he's all grown-up now, and at the ripe old age of 25 had landed himself on the wrong side of the law.

Brian was arrested on Wednesday on charges of second-degree assault and false imprisonment for an altercation with his girlfriend. She told Boulder, Colorado cops that he poured a drink over her while she slept, had her in a chokehold and threw her on a bed. He says it was self-defense. What would Alex P. Keaton say?
