Hibbard has successfully kept the weight off since the show through working out religiously. She says that working out in the real world is easier than on the show:
"I love my real-world workouts. On Biggest Loser, many days we had to sit in a van waiting to film challenges. Other days, we'd hit the gym, pool and hiking trails for up to six hours."
Her current eating habits reflect a healthy lifestyle. She eats whole grains and healthy fats and eats every three hours. She currently does 45 minutes of running each morning and strength training at night with her friends.
Hibbard is getting married on OCtober 6 and the two teammates who helped her so much on the show will be helping out for the wedding, too. They will be her bridesmaids - how cute is that?
